Lithuanian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce and Oslo International Hub are proud to invite you to a seminar about the Public Procurement in Norway. We invite Difi (Agency for Public Management and eGovernment in Norway) and Oslo Municipality to give their first-hand knowledge about the topic, as well as special guest from Lithuania to share how an international startupers can also succeed with public procurement in Norway. The seminar is in English.
